FitByMomin ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-generated personalized workout plans delivered as PDF documents via email. By purchasing and using our service, you agree to these terms.
The service costs $5.00 CAD as a one-time payment. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
Your workout plan is a digital product that is generated and delivered immediately upon payment. Because the product is personalized and delivered digitally, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the plan has been generated and emailed to you.
If you did not receive your email, please check your spam folder and contact us within 7 days of purchase.
The workout plans provided are for general fitness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions or injuries.
FitByMomin is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of AI-generated workout plans. Use the service at your own risk. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service ($5.00 CAD).
